Q: Do you have a minimum requirement for flavors not offered on the current weekly menu?
A: Yes. The minimum order is 1 dozen per flavor (of any flavors not on the current weekly menu) and all orders require advance notice of 48 hours.
Q: How far in advance do I need to special order cupcakes?
A: We recommend at least a 48 hour advance notice. Orders of 4 dozen or more need at least a 72 hour notice.
Q: Do you change your flavors daily?
A: We do rotate our flavors daily.
Q: Do you accept call-ahead orders for same day pick-up?
A: We request that all call-ahead orders be placed by 5:00pm the day before. You may always come into the shop during our regular business hours and purchase any number of cupcakes in my bakery case.
Q: Do all of your cupcakes contain dairy/gluten/nuts?
A: We are pleased to offer gluten-free cupcake flavors .
Q: Are nut allergies a potential issue?
A: We are NOT a nut-free bakery. Several of our flavors contain peanuts or other nut products.
Q: Do you cater weddings or other special events?
A: Yes! Cupcakes are the new trend! We book events up to a year in advance and require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your requested date. Please contact us early to book a consultation.
Q: How do I set up a tasting/consultation?
A: Please email us to schedule a consultation. There is a $15 fee for the tasting, which includes 4 standard cupcake flavors of your choice. The $15 fee is due at the time the appointment is scheduled and is non-refundable. $15 of the tasting fee will be credited to your balance if you book your event with us. If you would like to sample additional flavors that are not on our weekly menu you may add additional flavors at a cost of $3/flavor.
